When I meet with you, I take the role of a coach instead of just “telling” you what to do. I ask the right questions and LISTEN to YOU to make sure I have a thorough understanding of your needs. Then we work on coming up with a solution that fits your specific situation.

I require this first step for three reasons.
1. It’s important that you are comfortable working with me and that it’s a good fit.
2. I want to make sure I can do what you need me to do. I know it’s hard to believe, but I don’t know everything and I can’t solve every problem. If I can’t help you, I will tell you up front.
3. You and I both need to be clear on expectations and what you will get as a result of working with me. This is a partnership, so it’s important that we are both clear on what is expected from both sides.
I know that may sound like a lot to get in 20 minutes, but I have been doing this long enough that I can tell within the first few minutes of the conversation if this is going to be something that will work for you. I respect your time too much to waste it, and I do not want you to have false expectations. My goal is always to help you grow your business and make more money.
