That is where my coaching services may be the right solution for you. I will take on the role of CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) in your business. You may already have a marketing person, but I will work with them (not replace them) to fine-tune what you are doing now. Or you may need someone to guide your web designer or social media person in the right direction when it comes to implementing proven strategies, such as direct response marketing.

When I meet with you, I will ask the right questions and listen to you to make sure I have a thorough understanding of your business needs instead of just “telling” you what to do. Then we work together to come up with a solution that fits your specific situation. I will work with you to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.

The first step in the process is to schedule a free 15-minute phone call to find out if my services are a good fit for you. There are three questions I will ask on the 15-minute call …

3. How do you envision a coaching session?

Before the 15-minute session is over we will decide if this is something that works for both of us. If the answer is yes, then we will schedule your first coaching session. The first session will start with an assessment of your business goals. The general format is to meet 2 – 3 times per month. Meeting on a regular basis ensures you will stay on track and reach your goals much quicker.

My goal is always to work with you to get more leads, more clients, and increase profits. You will leave each coaching session with at least one thing you can implement to grow your business.
