What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
Coaching on booking me for your next conference, association meeting, business or sales meeting.Coaching works best with people who already have a certain level of success. The goal of coaching is to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. There is less involvement on my part and you (or your team) do the work. I am in more of an advisory role during the coaching session. If there is anything to be done outside the hour of coaching, then we move into a consulting relationship which involves more of me in the process. Consulting involves deliverables. The deliverables (“done for you” or “done with you”) services are what separate consulting from coaching. For example, there may be contact between sessions via email or a phone call; “done for you” or “done with you” services, such as website design/development, email marketing, social media campaigns, copywriting, pay-per-click marketing (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads); and overall more involvement on my part.

What is the purpose of your website?
What you will hear most often from web designers who know nothing about marketing is this … your website is a branding tool. That is absolutely FALSE! The purpose of your website is to generate leads and make money. If it is not doing either one of those things, then your website is a failure. There has to be a way to capture visitors’ information when they visit your website, so you can follow-up with them and continue delivering great content. You must have follow-up systems in place for all your marketing and your website is no exception.
